I’m Michael Sfictos, a software product designer who ships.

My work sits where product, design, and engineering meet. Over fifteen years I’ve co-founded companies and led product across ride-hailing, proptech, fintech, and quick-commerce, designing custom software, building and leading product and design teams, and running client workshops from first strategy to launch.

I care about the whole arc: framing the right problem, designing the system that solves it, and architecting something a team can actually build and scale. The thread through every project is the same: turn ambiguity into shipped product, and shipped product into results.
